  • The mission at Sophia Temple is to reduce stress in the world for as many people as possible by providing - A path to Inner Peace.

  • The human body naturally responds to daily stressors in life from a state of stress. It is what in physiological terms is called the Stress Response, or ‘fight or flight’ mode, which triggers the Sympathetic Nervous System (i.e. increasing our brain activity, breath, heart rate, etc.)

    Doing so however, frequently and over a long period of time has been scientifically proven to lead to serious health problems such as chronic stress, anxiety, depression, heart disease and so on.

  • Sophia Temple teaches you how to switch operating systems from a state of Stress, back to a state of Rest. From our Stress Response to our Relaxation Response and navigates you towards our still centre, bringing both polar systems into balance, reaching our [Inner Buddha].

    The Relaxation Response is the opposite to the Stress Response, tapping into the Parasympathetic Nervous System (i.e. reducing brain activity, breath, heart rate, etc.). A counter stress method, scientifically proven to reduce harmful effects of stress in everyday life, backed by rigorous evidence and clinical research at the Benson-Henry Institute.
