Daily Breathing
Use the power of your own breath to navigate internally through the ancient breathwork technique of Pranayama (prana means ‘breath’ and ayama ‘extend’). By extending the breath deep within, we harness our inner alchemy: FIRE, WATER, AIR & EARTH.
Week 1 - Breath of FIRE
Use of Strong breathing, triggering the Sympathetic Nervous System to activate the physical body.
Week 2 - Breath of WATER
Use of Calm breathing, tapping into the Parasympathetic Nervous System to calm down the mind.
Week 3 - Breath of AIR
Use of Subtle breathing, bringing both polar systems of the Autonomic Nervous System into balance, reaching the still meditative centre of our [INNER BUDDA].
Week 4 - Breath of EARTH
Use of Natural breathing and the flow of Qigong, returning our breath back into everyday life, integrating this restful state of being into daily activities, such as standing, walking, etc.
